Debra Jo Rupp (born February 24, 1951) is an American actress. She is best known for her starring role as Kitty Forman in the Fox sitcom That '70s Show (1998–2006) and its Netflix sequel series That '90s Show (2023–present).
With over 300 television appearances to her credit, Debra Jo Rupp is perhaps best known for her role as the hilarious and beloved high-strung mom 'Kitty Forman' in the long-running FOX comedy series "That '70s Show."
A daughter of Margaret A. Williams Rupp (1928-2002) and John E. Rupp Jr. (1924-1990) and sister of Robin Lee Rupp and Rebecca Louise Rupp, Debra Jo Rupp has a niece and a nephew but has never married or had children.
