Celia Facilier was born on October 31st to Dr. Facilier and unnamed woman on the Isle of the Lost.
Celia first appears during the song (Good to Be Bad), when she is visited by Mal. She takes her application to Auradon Prep with her to give to one of the VKs. Celia watches with excitement as her best friend, Dizzy is chosen, then Squirmy and Squeaky Smee.
