Nothing is scheduled at this time. But on a recent walk-through, we noticed some rooms in the preferred section of the resort were out of commission. May 26, 2024 · Disney’s Boardwalk Inn is undergoing a multi-year refurbishment, entailing considerable construction work. We’ve seen reasonable progress throughout the last year. Since we visit Walt Disney World regularly, we have been privy to seeing most of the updates as they happen.
Apr 28, 2024 · As we near the end of spring 2024, the refurbishment of the BoardWalk Villas is still underway, primarily with Standard View and Garden/Pool View rooms. With reports that guests are being bumped from their BoardWalk rooms, we took a look around the resort for a construction update.
Nov 26, 2023 · My best guess is that the refurbishments will be complete at some point in the spring of 2024. During your stay, I recommend visiting the Ferris W. Eahlers Community Hall. Crafts, games, movies, and rental equipment are available to entertain your entire party.
