Select "Mafia: Definitive Edition (mafiadifinitiveedition.exe)" and a large list should come up. Change these values: Max Frame Rate: (Unlimited) and/or your Screen's refresh rate. While it mostly runs fine at 60 fps, I notice what appear to be various microstutters and larger stutters that occur from time to time throughout play.
