James Turner (November 7, 1783 – March 28, 1861) was an American politician from Maryland. He served as a United States Congressional representative from Maryland from 1833 to 1837. He served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates from 1824 to 1832 and in 1837, 1838, 1852 and 1854. He was a member of the Maryland Senate from 1856 to 1858. Wikipedia
