May 1, 2024 · The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced Friday that Gary L. Armer, Jr., 19, of Gore, was sentenced to 87 months in prison for one count of voluntary manslaughter and 87 months in prison for one count of assault with a dangerous weapon with the intent to do bodily harm, in Indian Country.

Apr 26, 2024 · On October 19, 2022, Armer pleaded guilty to a two-count felony information. According to investigators, on March 26, 2022, Armer drove to a residence outside Gore and confronted an individual there. During the ensuing argument, Armer fatally shot the victim.
