Eldon Quick played Captain Sloan in two appearances (Incubator in S2, Payday in S3) plus in a clip show in a later season. He also played a similar character, Captain Pratt in S4 episode The Late Captain Pierce. No idea why they didn't just have him play the same character since they were basically identical in role, rank, and behavior.
