Bloodstone is not gone it's just not available in Fable 3 as I understand it. Reaver has gotten a lot of folks thinking wraithmarsh is a tourist location, probably to gain some sacrifices and there are tours around Bloodstone and its islands in Fable 3 that are not open to the player sadly.
