1. College logo Fleece 2. Glue gun 3. Hershey or chocolate of choice 4. Microwaveable Popcorn of your choice 5. Jingle bells, small rubber bands, invisible thread 6. Stock or copy paper
Directions
Choose your tool of preference to construct the hat (no sew glue or a sewing machine.). The hats can be made with the no sewglue gun technique or with a sewing machine using a quick and easy straight stitch. A search of Youtube will reveal a few easy tutorialson assembling the hats for the Snowmen Hershey Bars and I promise even the least crafty will prevail. I used both methods of making the hats: glue gun and a sewing machine using the straight stitch to sew the fabric for the hats.
