To adopt a pet from Friends For Life, you must: 1. Be 21+years of age 2. Have a legal form of photo ID 3. Be able to spend the time and resources necessary to provide the training, medical treatment, and proper care for your pet 4. Be allowed to have a pet of the breed and size where you currently live
View our adoptable cats or dogsFill out an adoption application (you do not have to specify an animal at this point – links to those apps are up at the top of this page)Complete an adoption interview with an Adoption CounselorAfter additional screening steps, you will be notified of the status of your application. If approved, your application is good for six months.Covers a microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations, spay/neuter if over six months old, and advice/resources for the life of the animal.
