What you will—and won't—find in this movie. Adult characters drink beer. Parents need to know that Frontera is a drama that revolves around an unsolved death on the U.S./Mexico border. There's some language ("goddamn," "tits," "d--k"), and teens can be seen using guns irresponsibly. A violent sexual assault is brief but disturbing.

Synopsis. Set in the tumultuous Border town area between Arizona and Mexico, Frontera follows the events that take place after the wife (Amy Madigan) of a former Arizona Sheriff (Ed Harris) is killed while riding on their Ranch property. It would appear a Mexican man (Michael Pena) crossing in to the US illegally is at fault.
