Dec 3, 2021 · The Gunpowder, Treason and Plot Commendation in Sea of Thieves requires you to start a fire on another crew’s ship by setting off a Firework.To view this Commendation in the menus, head over to the Pirate Log tab, select Reputation, Bilge Rats, then Buried Treasure, and you should see the Commendation tile on the bottom-right corner of the first page.
An allied Brigg asked me to try and light my ship on fire with fireworks and also didn't get the Commendation, after setting my ship on fire multiple times, so it might be a bit bugged, but I think it only works on enemy ships. Enemy ships includes Skeleton Ships, though, so you could try setting some Skelly Galleon on fire. I shot a firework ...
