Jan 1, 2016 · If you can't login to your EMAIL account then you're completely screwed up and no other option but register new SEGA ID with new email address. But if you still remember your email address and able to logged in to it, you can send inquiry to SEGA for SEGA ID reminder. How can people forgot their own email address anyway.
Option 1. Head over to https://cha.isao.net/profile_oem/OEMLogin.php?product_name=pso2. On this Sega ID management page, you will find in required empty fields you should fill to recover your password. Fill in your currently registered Sega ID. You will also need to key in your name, birthday, and an answer to your secret question.
Reset your Sega ID Password. First, go to the Forgot Password page. Here's what you fill out. You'll get to this page which states an email has been sent to the account on record. Click the first link in that email! That link brings you to this page. Finally, we reset out password. Enjoy PSO2!!
