Sold tickets through Ticketmaster in the past and received money shortly after verifying account and entering tax ID info. This time it's been 19 days and have not received money. Account has been verified, tax ID info is still in their system. Found a phone number but they do not have any phone support at this time.

They had an expected pay date on my sales page after the concert and that day (5 business days out) came and went. I called them and they said, it is 5-8 business days (10 calendar days) after the event. Now it has been 11 days and they've updated my expected pay date to tomorrow (12 days and 10 business days after the event).
