Jan 25, 2023 · My Ipad email has not uploaded any emails since May 2022. At the bottom on my email page, it says, Updated 5/29/22. I clicked on that and I get a message that reads, "Cannot Get Mail The mail server "imap-mail.outlook.com" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings.
