CU averages about 39 per cast but Fire bolt averages about 34 per cast. If you mean "Hits the hardest" then CU is best. CU max at about 15, FB max at about 12.

  6. Unironically casting crumble undead and I'm having a blast. You should try casting it ironically. Ironic. Get the skull scepter and you can auto cast crumble undead with it. Yeah but that costs 21k and you need 55 slayer to weild it. Skull scepter takes a while to get but is probably faster than 55 slayer.
