Check-in experience aside, everyone at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and clearly very enthusiastic about working at this hotel. In fairness, we didn’t interact with that many people, but the valets were friendly, service in the breakfast restaurant was excellent, and employees were just generally enthusiastic.
