Mar 6, 2009 · Mr. Cooper and Ms. Kotkins were found deceased in their Gresham residence. Investigators say the cause of death was later determined to be from gunshot wounds. James Tooley was a known associate of Mr. Cooper and Ms. Kotkins. Investigators believe this association led to their deaths. Mr. Tooley, age 25 is a resident of Sherwood Oregon.
