His estate filed termination notices to DC Comics to reclaim Superman, and a California District Court has ruled that the 50% of the character will revert back to Joe Shuster’s estate in 2013. As far as I know, similar termination notices were never filed to reclaim Joe’s interest in Nights of Horror.
