November 5, 2014 – First on Inside Universal – Inside Universal has learned that the Jon Lovitz Comedy Club has closed its doors today. The three story comedy club located in the middle of Universal CityWalk first opened in May of 2009, modeled after a tropical paradise.

Intimate comedy club. Located in the super busy universal studios. I've been to two free shows (the wait lines are a bit longer for those) and two paid shows. I actually enjoyed the free shows better, it seems the newer not so famous comedians were much hungrier for laughs.
