   Is there a Gone with the Wind plantation in Latta?

   • If you go to Latta expecting Gone With the Wind style plantations you will be disappointed. This is one of the smaller plantations of the Piedmont and not nearly as grand as the Tara of the movie. That being said, this is a wonderfully complete and intact historical plantation.
