The Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary Art is located at the corner of Jorie Blvd and Kensington Road, Oak Brook, Illinois, 17 miles west of downtown Chicago. The Museum is located 1 mile south of 22nd Street and 3/4 of a mile north of 31st Street on Jorie Blvd.
The Lizzadro Museum recently relocated to Oak Brook. We opened our doors in our new facility on November 12, 2019. Our museum was founded by Joseph Lizzadro in order to share his love of Lapidary Art with others.
The Museum features a world-class collection of Chinese jade from the Qing dynasty and other hard stone carvings from around the world. Other exhibits include stone mosaics, cameos, animal dioramas, mineral specimens, gemstones, fossils, meteorites and the science of rocks and minerals.
