After photos of the former child star looking thin and gaunt surfaced online a few years back, tabloids declared Culkin a heroin addict.
Photos of a gaunt-looking Culkin started circulating, and some reports went as far as to claim that Culkin was addicted to heroin and prescription drugs, which his reps adamantly denied.
