    Tour capacity is limited. To avoid disappointment, reservations are strongly encouraged and may be made online.
    Reservations for up to 8 can be made through our online booking system.
    If you do see your confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk mail or spam filter. Use the Contact Us form to receive another copy if needed.
    Guests may cancel their reservations at anytime using the link in the tour booking confirmation letter.
    Cancelled reservations are automatically made available as open tickets by the system. We do not keep a waitlist for daily tours.

    The Meyer May House is a historical building and provides wheelchair accessibility to the Visitor’s Center and the main floor of the Meyer May House. The upper floor is only accessible via stairs.
    Strollers are not allowed into the House.
    The office is not staffed during closed hours. Please use the Contact Us formor call the Visitor Center at 616-246-4821 between 10am and 2pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
