Luluco Hatomaki (ルル子 Ruruko, 鳩巻 Hatamaki) is the main protagonist of Space Patrol Luluco. She is a 13-year old middle school student who lives in Ogikubo, together with her father and fellow Space Patrol officer, Keiji.
Luluco and Nova discover their classmate, Midori, to be the creator of the illegal Blackhole App. After her plans are foiled, Midori ends up joining the Space Patrol, much to Luluco's dismay.
