Oct 22, 2018 · Today, a major illustration contest for Xenoblade Chronicles 2 finally drew to a close. Monolith Soft has announced the winning entries out of the thousands of artworks that Japanese fans submitted. Winners will receive autographed libretto from the game’s development and voice-actors!
This was drawn for Mochizuki’s game concept (that doesn’t mean it’s happening, it’s just concept art) where there’s a world that used to be inhabited by horned giants but now they’re extinct with the games events beginning with the protagonist meeting a kid with horns who is the last horned giant.
MonolithSoft is running an official Xenoblade 2 illustration (fanart) contest, it seems. It's technically exclusive to Japan since you are required to have a Japanese address and other Japanese forms of identification.
