Apr 18, 2024 · Henry Ford MyChart offers patients the ability to self-schedule non-urgent, follow-up appointments. This feature is available in select specialty departments, for certain visit types and only with physicians you have previously seen in the past 3 years.
All test results processed at a Henry Ford Health walk-in lab are automatically released to MyChart. Most test results related to a hospital stay or emergency visit will be released to MyChart as soon as they are available.
