The NCIS team links a bizarre crime scene at Arlington National Cemetery to a string of attacks on homeless veterans while Vance orders McGee, Bishop and Torres to complete hours of evidence garage cleanup duty as punishment for withholding information.
•Torres, Bishop, and McGee have to undergo mandatory archive cleaning for an indefinite amount of time as a result of their role of hiding information relating to Ziva David's survival, and were not allowed to utilize cellphones or any technological devices exempting instances that are work-related.
•The stolen cell phones from the Ziva case that were placed as evidence were donated to the various homeless veterans by Gibbs after solving the case, with Leon Vance being implied to have arranged for this.
