Henry Simpson Johnston (December 30, 1867 – January 7, 1965) was an American lawyer and politician who served as a delegate to the Oklahoma Constitutional Convention, the first president pro tempore of the Oklahoma Senate, and the seventh governor of Oklahoma.
The Senate found Johnston not guilty on ten charges but guilty of a single charge of general incompetence. Johnston was the second Oklahoma governor to be removed from office through the impeachment process. He lived out his life in Perry, practicing law into his nineties.

Henry Johnston was the second governor impeached and removed by the Oklahoma Legislature in the 1920s. But Johnston had a long political career before his impeachment, and was able to win public office again after his removal.
