Paul Schiffer Asst Club Director & Co-Founder. Paul is one of the founders of AVC. He is currently the Head Coach for 18 Red and the Assistant Coach of 17 Red. He was the Assistant Coach on the 2015 AAU National Championship 17 National team. He has coached several teams to OVR Championships as well as leading his teams to USAV Nationals 15 times.
