This includes the countries of Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Southern Iran, Southern Iraq and Jordan. The modern dialects spoken in the Arabian Peninsula are closer to Classical Arabic than elsewhere in the Arab world.
