The Pomona–Pitzer Sagehens are the joint varsity intercollegiate athletic programs for Pomona College and Pitzer College, two of the Claremont Colleges. It competes with 11 women's and 10 men's teams in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) of the NCAA Division III.

May 29, 2024 · The Pomona-Pitzer baseball team punched its first-ever ticket to the NCAA World Series with their 8–7 win over East Texas Baptist on May 25. The Sagehens took the three-game Super Regional Series 2–0 over the Tigers to improve to 37–12 on the season.
May 15, 2024 · The Pomona-Pitzer baseball team earned the first SCIAC Tournament Championship in program history with their 11–6 win over CMS on May 11 at the University of La Verne’s Ben Hines Field.
Nov 13, 2022 · Pomona-Pitzer reached the NCAA Division III football playoffs for the first time after a 28-14 win over CMS in the Sixth Street Rivalry clinched a tie for the first SCIAC title in Pomona-Pitzer history.
The program is built on the philosophy that participation in physical education, intercollegiate athletics and campus-sponsored recreational activities encourages the development of positive values and attitudes and provides opportunities for social growth and community building.
Dec 4, 2023 · The Sagehens recorded 45 points, earning five All-Region finishes with the top-five runners all finishing inside the top-20. Later in that month, the Sagehens fought their way to a one-point victory to claim the 2023 NCAA Division III Men’s Cross Country National Championship.
