Inspect the property on a regular basis (both scheduled and unscheduled visits), assuring the marketability of the community, both interior and exterior. Perform leasing duties to market the property and fill vacancies in a timely manner.
It is the responsibility of the Property Manager to orchestrate an organized, precise operational program for the property, including site files and records, tenant relations and office management.
