My Account is an online service which allows customers to access their library account information via the web 24 hours per day 7 days per week. This service can be accessed from any Queens Public Library computer or from any computer that has Internet access.
How can I access my account online? Click on 'Login' at the top of any page. Have your library card number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) ready.

Answer. Click on "Login," which can be found on the top menu. Then, enter either your Library Card Number (or Username) AND your PIN. Library Card: Card number is on the back of the card and starts with 11184... eCard: Card number received via email and starts with 5555... Username: An easy to remember name you set up for yourself.
