Rabbi Marty Katz has been saving lives in Israel for 30 years – as a part of his work with Israel-based non-profit Just One Life (JOL), he has saved 17,500 babies, including several sets of twins and triplets and even a set of quadruplets who are now 20 years old.
Over the many years, Rabbi Katz has helped non-profits both as a consultant & as a friend who cares. Rabbi Marty is a prolific fundraiser and diligent manager who has raised major amounts of funds for JOL and other worthwhile causes. Rabbi Katz has also had many years of experience in Kiruv bringing Jews closer to Yiddishkeit.
Rabbi Katz also taught for several years at Ramaz and served as Executive Director of Lincoln Square Synagogue for a decade. Rabbi Marty is a graduate of Yeshiva University, where he earned his Semicha from REITS and a Master's degree in Jewish Education from Ferkauf.
