After browsing Netflix and Hulu for something to watch found "Rain Man (1988)" was available on Hulu and I remember liking it but was reluctantly to watch it as it's an older movie. After selecting it, wow!
Loved the score by Hans Zimmer. Yes! So well done. The score was emphasized even more by the absence of it over conversations. I forgot about dustin hoffman, I thought that was sean penn... The writer, Barry Morrow, met the Autistic Savant Kim Peek, and decided to make a movie about him. I remember Morrow saying in an interview, "I just can't believe I'd never head of Savants before I met Kim". The acting was superbly nuanced, nothing had been done quite like it. Nowadays, writers employ autism willy-nilly.
