A124 is one of our designs with artwork by renowned artist Rockwell Kent, originally printed in the 1950s by the Antioch Bookplate Company. After many requests, we brought this bookplate back into print several years ago.
The bookplate of John Whiting & Helen Otillie Friel. Printed in Philadelphia by the Brownell Photo-Lithograph Company in 1953. A lovely Rockwell Kent design in black, white and grey.
"With more than 100 proofs of bookplates, initials and marks presented in two colors on one side of an all rag imported paper." Fading along edges of cover. Foxing throughout.
