    Scott Fellows (born September 28, 1965) is an American television writer and producer. He is officially well known as the creator and executive producer of Nickelodeon's Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide and Teletoon's Johnny Test.

    Fellows had been previously working as a staff writer for the second, third and fourth seasons of The Fairly OddParents, including co-writing the first live-action movie, A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!; he was even nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Music and Lyrics for his work on The Fairly OddParents. Fellows' earlier writing credits also include episodes of Weinerville, U to U, 100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd and the Disney revival of Doug.
