Overall "Strange Nature" is a great creature feature drama. For full throttle action horror fans, this film will fall short. But it is worth watching. The story is full bodied, with classicly cool characters. The message is timeless and plays a bit as an homage to eco-horrors from the 70's.

Dec 18, 2018 · Despite the trappings of blood, gore and horrific imagery, Strange Nature is not presented as an out and out horror film. In fact, minus the splatter and grotesque puppetry of the animals, it plays much like a premium cable docudrama as Kim fights obstacles and hurdles thrown at her.

Sep 13, 2018 · Mixing equal parts mystery thriller and creature feature, STRANGE NATURE gives a few new twists to what could have been a very familiar story. The plot throws a lot of emphasis on the human element, once again reminding us that humans may be the worst monsters of all.
