When Oscar-nominated lead actor Terrence Howard first came to Hollywood, his intent was to pursue music. But along the way, acting became his primary means of making a living. However, through his work on films like HUSTLE & FLOW and THE JACKSON 5: AN AMERICAN DREAM, he got a chance to display his vocal talents on film, and found a pathway into the music industry.
