The Alamo: 13 Days to Glory. The production was shot at Alamo Village, the Alamo replica built by John Wayne for his lavish 1960 film The Alamo. Much of the footage of the final battle scene was recycled from earlier films.
A movie about the small group of Texans who defended the Alamo against attack by Mexican troops. In 1836, a small garrison of 181 men, led by Jim Bowie, Davy Crockett, and commandant Wiliam Travis, vow to fight for Texas independence from Mexico.
