Wagner plays Rebecca, a magazine writer who returns to the small town she grew up in to uncover the secrets behind the town's Angel Tree. The North Carolina native started her acting career on Ashton Kutcher's Punk'd. Since then she has starred in over a dozen projects for Hallmark, including the Mystery 101 series of movies opposite Kristoffer Polahaon Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. Lucas Bryant
Bryant stars as Matthew, the owner of a diner in Pine River and the childhood friend of Rebecca's. As children, the two made wishes on the Angel Tree. His wish was granted, hers was not.
