Nov 24, 2016 · Rather, i made a reservation on Open Table at the Harbor Restaurant on the Pier in Santa Barbara. res was for 6:30, for the Buffet dinner. We were seated pretty much right at 6:30. Waiter there in a minute - took the drink order and brought it as soon as the bartender could get them together - place was packed, by the way.
