The Last Sect is Jonathan Dueck's directorial debut from 2006. The Canadian horror thriller was mainly set in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. In Germany, the film was released directly on DVD on January 4, 2007. In October 2012 the film was re-released in Germany under the title Van Helsing II.
