    1. Thomas Blisse was born about 1588 (assuming he was about 25 when he married), probably in the vicinity of Daventry, Northamptonshire, England where he married. There is no known record of Thomas' birth or baptism. Two sets of possible parents have been identified, but not proven. See Research Notes.
