What is Partners in Care: Together for Kids (PIC: TFK)? PIC: TFK is Florida’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for Children (also referred to as PACC). The program provides palliative care support services to enrollees of the Children’s Medical Services Health Plan.

What is Partners in Care: Together for Kids? Florida has a special program for children with a serious illness. Partners in Care: Together for Kids (PIC:TFK) helps your child and family get special care and keep up your quality of life. PIC:TFK’s experts have the tools to give you the care, comfort and support your family needs.
In July 2005, Florida’s Partners in Care: Together for Kids (PIC:TFK) program for children with life-limiting illnesses was created. Prior to the establishment of the PIC:TFK program, children with life-limiting illnesses received hospice care under the Medicare model.
We believe that parent’s are their child’s most important teacher, and we provide support and guidance as caregivers are navigating the journey of parenting their babies and toddlers. Together For Children offers several 10-week programs including First Steps Together, Playful Parenting, and Playlabs.
Partners in Care: Together for Kids (PIC:TFK) is a special program only applicable to Children’s Medical Services (CMS) Health Plan members. PIC:TFK works with CMS Health Plan members and their family to provide extra support. They help meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
LOCATIONS. Services are designed to promote social-emotional wellness in children, assist educators/families to understand and appropriately respond to challenging behaviors, strengthen home-school partnerships, and reduce suspensions and expulsions from early education and care settings.
