Present time: Three Death Dealers--Selene ( Kate Beckinsale ), Rigel ( Sándor Bolla ), and Nathaniel ( Hank Amos) -- follow two Lycans into a subway station in an unnamed European city. A gun battle ensues in which Rigel is killed, one of the Lycans gets away, and Nathaniel comes up missing.
