  3. Oct 18, 2016 · great easy soup. Inexpensive but delicious. I make my own veggie broth the day before and use 8 cups. Cook it on high for 4 hours on the slow cooker 4 hour button. Looks watery for the first 3-3.5 but then comes together perfectly around the 4 hour mark. I dont use sale, thyme or parsley.
