I love using Buffy slanguage in every day conversations (sometimes I don't even realise I'm doing it) and if I can throw a direct quote in there my day is pretty much made. I recently attempted my most ambitious Buffy quote drop to date. It went something like this:
I agree. That scene, as difficult as it is to watch, was very well done. Of course, Buffy herself ends up recanting on that last point. Honestly, I would have preferred it if they could have avoided the full on character assassination that they used to further advance Spike’s redemption story, but the writers seemed to be playing fast and loose with Season 6 overall.
