The high today is -3f/-19c. These characters would die of exposure or get severe frostbite if they actually dressed and behaved like they do in this show. The Alaskan cold reshapes all of life during the winter, and it’s a feature that Lopez basically ignored.
Reply reply. Ol_Bo. It's sort of a misdirect to give the story a creepy vibe. And it's partially validated once you realize that none of the characters are mentally healthy, stable adults. Most of the characters all have similar mental health issues. They all seemed to have significant trauma either through abuse or loss.

Feb 4, 1994 · Review. The film that made Jim Carrey an overnight sensation... While Ace Ventura:Pet Detective is not my favourite of Jim Carrey's movie, it is a lot of fun. It may be a tad too short, and some of the silliness is overdone.
